Tried more than 70 trials from beginning to end as a sole counsel in criminal defense cases including charges such as domestic violence, child abuse; theft and related crimes, burglaries, sexual crimes, driving under the influence, gang crimes, drug charges and dependency cases
Appeared in over 90 preliminary hearings for felony cases including robbery, gang crimes, residential and commercial burglaries, third strike cases, drug sales and cultivation, drug possession, assaults of various kinds etcetera

- Extensively researched various legal issues for trials and motions
- Interviewed and prepared witnesses for cross-examinations in trials; investigated cases for trials; prepared defendants for the trial process and did other extensive preparation for the trials
- Retained and worked with experts in the field of sexual deviance, drug addictions, handwriting experts, polygraph experts, gang experts, fingerprinting experts; and shaken baby syndrome and medical experts. Successfully cross-examined the experts testifying for the opposing counsel
